Here is the April Calendar for Area 22, full of exciting things you may like to do.
The April event on Sunday 23 April is “Drive-It Day”. We have 17 cars booked to start at two separate starting points and then into Wales with a lunch break at Hay on Wye finishing at the Plough and Harrow near Malvern. I have sent out details to those attending.
The May meeting is Thursday 4 May and as well as our regular meeting, will be the Area 22 AGM. Arrangements for the event on Friday 12 May to Swinhay House are being finalised and will be sent out shortly to those attending. The visit to Bowood House in support of Wiltshire Sight has attracted 44 cars to date, there is still plenty of room and booking is via the AMOC website. Details will be sent out before the event.
So, plenty of events in the pipeline throughout the summer. Do not overlook the AMOC Spring Concours on 14 May being held at the Imperial War Museum, Duxford. A good day out even if your car is not “as expected”.
