This year, thanks to an introduction by John Hazzard & Bernie Graham, we descended upon the newly refurbished Drayton Crown Inn, Drayton near Langport.
John Hazzard's Bristol made the few hundred yards journey to the pub under it's own steam... all part of its recommissioning process. It's a shame that some Euroboxes forced their way into the photo!
The sun shone and so out were tempted 20 members and their cars, plus 3 guests with more classic and/or Aston metal to grace the car park.
Paul & Jan Gerring's Lotus Elite added some colour to the proceedings
A little later and the Lotus was boxed in by the V12 Vantage S of Ned Thorburn, Bob Carter's DB4 and guest Andrew Teal's V8 Vantage Roadster.

The food, space, smooth car park and great service by a young team all contributed to a super evening. We shall return to this lovely venue (see here).
