An outstanding day's driving in fabulous scenery brought to life the FBHVC's Drive It Day in Area 22. Some 15 cars followed (mostly!) a route meticulously planned by our Events supremo, Karen, especially when executed via a combination of new and old technology route management! The new to us "New Roads" app was out on trial and got a lot of things right! Where it didn't Karen & Stuart's excellent road book helped smooth the way for everyone.
From breakfast at the Bristol & Clifton Golf Club to a late lunch at the Carpenters Arms, with a mid-way pause at the Quantock Lakes Kitchen, and fantastic roads, including Cheddar Gorge in between, a wonderful day out was enjoyed by everyone involved. Even the weather played its part and this picture reflects the whole day!
