The AMOC AGM will be held on Saturday 20th September at 14:00 BST at AMOC HQ at The Barn, Drayton St Leonard, Wallingford, Oxfordshire, England OX10 7BG.
Do please take your opportunity to register, participate and vote on the Resolutions 1-6, and influence the future direction of your Club.
Reminder that AMOC Members can cast their vote on the resolutions 1-6 in one of two ways :
1) By physically attending the AGM, and voting in person, OR
2) By completing and submitting the Proxy Voting Form by 17:00 BST on Wednesday 17th September
Remember that whilst the AGM will be live-streamed, there will be no voting on-line i.e. if you are not able to be physically in the room at The Barn, then you will need to have completed and submitted the Proxy Voting Form by the deadline
