Silverstone Festival 2025

In breach with tradition, not a drop of rain fell over the three days of Silverstone Festival.  Indeed Members enjoyed the shade and a warm welcome inside AMOC's hospitality marquee, which also offered a live feed of the races.  Outside the marquee, the display area was full of incredible Astons, their owners and many admirers.

Over 60 cars took part in Friday's Parade Lap, lead by stunning DB6s, one owned and driven by Mike Bradly-Russell. On Saturday we were visited by Mike Brewer and Marc "Elvis" Priestley, from TV's "Wheeler Dealer" fame.  They interviewed former AMOC chairman John Goldsmith about the Club's special anniversary and its racing involvement, as well as chatting to Member Peter Watts about his special DB6 MKII Vantage, which was on display.

The weekend was rounded off with a "Champagne Moment" on Sunday, when Members enjoyed a glass of Pommery champagne in the sunshine.
