Despite the gloomy skies and persistent rain, four dedicated Area 23 members proudly represented the club at the 2025 Jersey Festival of Motoring static display. Edward, Mike, Philip, and Simon braved the elements to showcase their cars and fly the flag for Area 23.
Unfortunately, the weather was truly against us, with rain falling steadily throughout the day. As a result, the number of exhibitors noticeably outnumbered the visitors, a real shame, considering the effort everyone put in.
However, the day was not without its highlights. That evening, ten of us gathered for a warm and cheerful dinner at the Corbière Phare, where the atmosphere was friendly, the conversation flowed, and spirits were lifted, a reminder that the strength of Area 23 lies as much in its camaraderie as in the cars themselves.
