The new Aston Martin St Athan manufacturing facility in Wales is to be the spectacular venue of the Aston Martin Owners Club world-class Spring Concours on Sunday 9 April 2017.
Concours cars from every model era of Aston Martin production will be displayed in one of the huge hangars, which will ultimately be converted into the production line for the new Aston Martin DBX.
Around 100 cars belonging to Aston Martin Owners Club members are expected to be entered into the Concours, competing to win much sought after class trophies including the highly coveted Elite Class as well as other categories; Feltham, Newport Pagnell 6cyl and 8cyl, Gaydon, Bloxham, Lagonda, Pride of Ownership and pre-war.
Entry into the Concours is exclusive to Aston Martin Owners Club members. Membership is from £99 a year (plus a £30 joining fee) and includes a welcome pack, monthly and quarterly publications, exclusive International Dinners and driving tours, access to AMOC worldwide advice and car sales forum, official AMOC Racing Series, an approved insurance scheme as well as prestigious Club merchandise and hospitality at selected national events. Membership is open to enthusiasts as well as owners.
The event will also include a very special Aston Martin Heritage Trust display of the DBS (6 cylinder model) which is 50 years old in 2017 and is expected to include some beautiful examples of this celebrated model.
In addition to the Concours and AMHT display, there will also be aircraft on show and members of the public are invited to come along and enjoy the day for free.
