Dudley Coram Commemorative Race, Snetterton 8th August

Norfolk's Snetterton circuit celebrates its 70th anniversary this year, and the milestone will be marked by a special 'old meets new' race programme at the Intelligent Money British GT Championship round on 7/8 August.

The inaugural meeting was run by the AMOC in October 1951 around a fast, 2.71-mile layout of RAF Snetterton Heath's runways and access roads.

That heritage will be celebrated at this meeting with racing from the AMOC Dudley Coram Commemorative Race, named in honour of the Club's former Chairman, leading light and key figure in establishing Snetterton as a motor racing venue. Stunning vintage automobiles on display will include machinery traditionally raced in the AMOC Pre-War Team Challenge and Jack Fairman Cup, evocative of that first event.

This is a fantastic opportunity to showcase our extraordinary heritage.
