The grounds of Newplace Park were thrown open to the public for a local fundraiser. There was a remarkable variety of cars for such a small and intimate show, and appropriately enough Pimms and Ploughman’s were being served on the lawn behind the house. Area 16 members lined up, opened their hampers and got on with the main business of the day.
