Saturday 29th May 2010, saw the AMOC celebrating the 75th Anniversary of the founding of the Club in style at the Banqueting House, Whitehall in London. Below are a selection of photographs from the evening.
A Taittinger Champagne reception started the evening in the Undercroft of the Hall. Members of the Company of Pikemen & Musketeers, who wear the uniform of the period of Charles I and serve as the Lord Mayor's bodyguard, were present and had some interesting stories to tell.
The Band of the Scots Guards provided a wonder display of pageantry, which had everyone on their feet clapping in time to the rousing music.
Hatch Mansfield kindly supplied the Taittinger Champagne.
Trumpeters attracted everyone's attention when it was time to move into the Main Hall for dinner.
We were joined by our Lockton Insurance partners, led by Brian Stephenson, along with members of their Underwriters - Chubb.
L-R, John Cottrell, Chubb, Leslie Hamer, Matthew and Joanna Pearce, Chubb, BRS, Tracey and Paul Glibbery, Chubb, Lisa Cottrell, and David Hamer, Lockton.
There were speeches from the Club Chairman - Richard Jackson, Club President - Viscountess Downe and Dr Bez - CEO of Aston Martin Lagonda.
